Ownership
Tomorrow is officially the DAY. WE close, here in KY. And we OFFICIALLY will own 2 homes. Yuck. Still praying for a buyer up there, but in the end...we're blessed beyond measure. We CAN do this for awhile. Not long term mind you, but it'll be okay for awhile. But there is it, we own 2 homes.

We just saw on the Internet that your house was still on the market. Tough time to be buying a home--what with the mortgage market being such a mess.
The Hume's closing got set back by a mortgage company that went out of business.
Hopefully, the slump is short-lived.
Its been rather UNfun. Our mortgage here almost got messed up from a co. going under. But, thankfully our guy got a new job, a better rate for us and a better company for him. Really worked out best for everyone. God is providing, our foolishness or not, in some weird ways. Stuart keeps bringing home fresh produce from everyone's gardens from around here. Its WONDERFUL, and it saves a grocery bill.
Hey, no one's sick! It could be much worse than money.
